As part of the Pace Morby Gator community, we partner with referral partners and borrower-facing connectors to bring vetted deals to Amigos Funding and our Private Money Lenders (PMLs). Where you fit — and what you earn — depends on how involved you are and your track record. New to this? We'll mentor you up.
Connector Levels & Payouts
Gator method, community style: collaboration over competition — no one left behind.
Referral Partner
Refers a deal or borrower. No borrower engagement, document collection, or vetting — just send it our way.
Baby Gator
New or learning gator. Engaged with the borrower but still building skills to package a file. Stays involved — bi-weekly check-ins, walkthroughs, updates & progress reports — and we coach you through it.
Experienced Connector
Seasoned gator with completed transactions. Fully manages the borrower, delivers a lender-ready file (own comps, verified docs & exit, set borrower expectations) and stays in through the whole project.

Bi-weekly borrower check-ins & FaceTime walkthroughs to confirm progress on the project.
Keep Us Posted
Photo/video updates and progress reports for our lender relations team.
Solve Together
Proactive communication — coordinate with Amigos on stalls or extensions before they become problems.
How the True 50/50 Split Works
A true 50/50 split applies only to Experienced Connectors who submit fully vetted, lender-ready deals and stay involved through the life of the deal.
If Amigos or her team must step in to complete intake, run comps, request documents, negotiate terms, or handle communication, the payout is adjusted accordingly — Amigos Funding should represent only the final ~25% of the work.
Payout structure is a guideline; final fees are confirmed per deal and subject to underwriting and approval. Not an offer to lend.
