Do I need good credit?

Credit isn't the driver on private money — we weigh the deal, the asset, your experience, and the circumstances, case by case. We don't decline on a score alone. For long-term DSCR loans, credit does matter and we'll tell you exactly what's needed up front.

How fast can you fund?

Standard is inside 14 days; with title open and docs moving we've cleared to close in as little as 72 hours. We don't fund in under 7 days — speed comes from preparation, not corners.

Can I get 100% financing?

For qualified deals, yes — structures that pair primary financing with our gap funding, with guardrails that protect both of us. Ask when you apply.
